I began my professional dance career at 17, performing locally and abroad. With over 25 years experience in teaching Ballet, Pointe, Tap and Jazz, I have a broad perspective in assisting dancers and their needs. I opened my first dancewear store in 1993, then in 2006 I opened DANCE TRENDS. I continue to attend seminars offered by the leading Dance Wear Manufactures which keeps me informed of Industry Products and Fitting Techniques.
For my Staff and I, there is nothing more satisfying than putting smiles on young dancers' faces as they get their first pair of ballet shoes, or assisting mature dancers to find just what they need. All Staff Members have some form of dance experience.

An appointment is required for pointe shoe fittings. We believe that it is very important to give a dancer the best fit possible. We strive to fit by Manufactures specifications and any specifications of the pointe teacher. Our fitters go through extensive training in the history of pointe work and the construction of pointe shoes, and attend training seminars provided by the manufactures.
